By the end of the first day, you start to find your inner and outer strength and remember who you are. You embrace the challenge with workouts that meet you where you are and push you out of your comfort zone. You begin to find your center, release stress, and experience a newfound joy and energy.

“The communal audible exhale during Saturday's morning yoga was memorable to me. I felt so connected to everyone and to my own body and mind. I loved the breath work sessions and the Ice Bath! I also really enjoyed the nutrition lesson; I learned a TON! So many things I can use in everyday life. Meet Leka Fineman

Athlete, Coach, Healthy Living Expert


​Leka has been a lifelong student of movement, mindfulness, and health.  She is a five-time CrossFit Games athlete and a certified CrossFit, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Nutrition, and XPT Performance Breathing Coach.​


Leka took her first yoga class at age twelve and has continued to deepen her practice since then. She teaches a strong vinyasa flow class incorporating pranayama and meditation.  


​Leka specializes in helping women feel mentally and physically strong to navigate through and enjoy a long, healthy life. Her expertise is in providing women with tools to handle stress, mitigate the symptoms of hormonal changes, and optimize the body’s natural ability to recover.​

Holistic Health and Performance Breathing Coach

Specializing in Breathing mechanics, Movement,& Mindset


Growing up in Rio de Janeiro, Perla wanted to serve others with her passion for wellness and health.

​Perla completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science while working with clients at various gyms. This pursuit led her to California in 2014, seeking more significant educational opportunities.

​With thirteen years of experience in the health and wellness field, her goal is to help people live better lives, not just improve their fitness. Perla found that a combination of exercise, nutrition, and breathwork can lead to a path of life transformation.

A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in for incidental charges (including spa treatments, additional excursions, alcohol, etc)


To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is required. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.


Please plan to fly into Cancun. Ground transportation is not included in the retreat price.  Please contact Tammy so we can group you together on resort trips.  Round Trip Transportation is extra.


If you desire a roommate, please indicate this on your form upon sign up. If we are unable to pair you with one, we will adjust your rate to Single Occupancy, and collect the difference one week prior to the event.
